Susan Rawlings Molina
Susan brings nearly four decades of progressive experience to GGH. Her career has spanned nonprofit and for-profit sectors, with focus in health and technology. She has served in board, president, and Chief Executive Officer (CEO) roles, successfully leading companies through challenging circumstances ranging from aggressive scaling and growth to extreme legal and regulatory challenges. Throughout her CEO tenure, she has served in both publicly traded and private companies and achieved the strategic goals of her stakeholders. Susan’s background also includes serving various non-profits in board and advisory capacities.
Sri Akula
Sri has been building technology products and platforms in retail, fintech and healthcare verticals for the past 25 years, of which 15 years in global leadership roles. Since 2010 as a healthcare technology leader with Optum and HealthPlan services he has built and led high performing global organizations enabling hyper-growth and turnaround. He brings a diverse experience of operating in small to large organizations and privately held to public companies.
Dennis J. Prysner
Dennis is a health insurance pundit with a career spanning over 40 years. He has been exclusively focused on operations and technology of multiple health insurance and technology companies across various domains. Working with some of the leading names in the sector, he has held key positions supporting Healthcare Strategy, Government Affairs & Compliance across Individual and Group Health lines of business. He has played a vital role in the realization of innovative marketing initiatives as a business leader to expand the footprint of companies he has worked with. At GroundGame Health, he is responsible for overseeing corporate functions including client, vendor, and network relations supporting our national expansion.
David Breedlove
David is a financial strategist and expert with over 28 years of experience in Accounting, Finance, Operations, and Information Technology for high-growth companies. He has helped companies scale with his exceptional skills in building and merging financial and technological infrastructure. Playing a leadership role in many companies, he has been pivotal in generating exceptional revenues and building corporate teams. In recent years, his focus has been on leveraging AI and integrating ERP, Software Robotics, and forensic auditing/recovery. As CFO, he brings a deep understanding of Healthcare Technology, Food Service, Investment Banking, and Upstream Oil and Gas Production to the team.
Murali Talasila
Murali is an innovator and strategist with more than 22 years of technology and innovation management experience. He has been a part of many industry firsts including VPN and Cloud-based Virus Filtering. His consulting engagements with numerous Fortune 100 companies have resulted in the conceptualization and implementation of niche business value propositions. He is known for his empathy, depth of engineering concepts, and creative strategies that enable him to drive processes and deliver exceptional results. He heads operations in India and also spearheads the global technology and product engineering
Syam Adusumilli
Syam is a technocrat with specific expertise in the healthcare sector. In his professional experience of more than 20 years, he has worked with some of the most prominent names in healthcare services and technology. He has been successfully orchestrating complex transformation processes and prioritizing the implementation of solutions that cater to the short-term goals but are also sustainable for an organization. At GroundGame Health he leads the design, improvement, and implementation of innovation initiatives and oversees collaborative efforts between internal as well as external stakeholders.
Natarsha D. Nesbitt
Natarsha is a creative problem solver and a legal expert. Having served as an advisor to senior leaders in the healthcare and software industries for over 20 years, she is an authority on critical legal, strategic, and operational issues. She has closely worked with health insurance companies, medical suppliers, and IT technology providers for healthcare which has given her a unique perspective on the legal and compliance issues of this sector. She is steering GroundGame Health’s legal, compliance, and privacy functions and is also responsible for the company’s regulatory affairs and risk management.

Nive is a proven Cybersecurity leader with over 20 years’ experience in Strategic Planning, oversight, and Governance, as well as leading large scale Technology Implementations and Operations. She possesses rare blend of deep technical expertise and business acumen. Nive has held key roles in various industries, including Banking, Accounting and Healthcare.
She actively engages in continuous learning, attending conferences, workshops. She is actively engaged in cybersecurity ecosystem to share knowledge and best practices to improve security posture in an ever-challenging environment.
